At PixelPhant, we are committed to providing high-quality image editing services. If you need to cancel an order or request a refund, please review our policy below to understand the conditions and process.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it enters the processing stage for a full refund in the original payment method or as credits for future use.
Once editing has begun, cancellations may not be possible.
If an order is delayed beyond the promised delivery time, you may request a cancellation and refund.
Orders that have already been processed or delivered cannot be canceled or refunded.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
If you cancel your order before processing begins, you will receive a full refund or credits for future use.
If the order is delayed beyond the promised delivery time, and you no longer require the service, you may request a full refund or credits.
If the final images do not meet the provided instructions or quality standards, we will first attempt to correct the issue. If the corrections do not resolve the problem, you may request a partial or full refund, based on the situation.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
Orders that have been delivered and meet the agreed specifications.
Change-of-mind requests after order completion.
Orders with incorrect or incomplete instructions provided by the client.
Delays caused by missing instructions, unclear requirements, or lack of response from the client.
Refund Options
Depending on the situation, we offer two refund options:
Monetary Refund – The refund will be processed using the original payment method and may take 5-7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Credit Refund – You can choose to receive the refund as PixelPhant credits, which can be used for future orders. This option is instant and allows you to continue using our services without waiting for payment processing.
How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
To cancel an order or request a refund, please contact our support team at support@pixelphant.com with your order details and reason for the request. Our team will review the issue and process the cancellation or refund if eligible.
