- If the order is delayed beyond the promised delivery time and you no longer require the service, you may request a full refund or credit for future use.
- If the final images do not meet the provided instructions or quality standards, we will first attempt to correct the issue. If the corrections do not resolve the problem, you may request a partial or full refund based on the situation.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Orders that have already been delivered and meet the agreed specifications.
- Change-of-mind requests after the order has been completed.
- Orders where incorrect or incomplete instructions were provided by the client.
- Delays caused by missing instructions, unclear requirements, or lack of response from the client.
Refund Options
Depending on the situation, we offer two refund options:
- Monetary Refund – The refund will be processed using the original payment method and may take 5-7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Credit Refund – You can choose to receive the refund as PixelPhant credits, which can be used for future orders. This option is instant and allows you to continue using our services without waiting for payment processing.
